# EM-0035 execution plan

Status: author candidate complete; fresh-clone independent dossier review pending.

## Objective

Project the exact independently reviewed EM-0033 Mehrabian packet into one
disclosure-safe, reversible Case 004 candidate dossier without admitting,
featuring, publishing, or deploying it.

Every accepted EM-0033 research, plan, note, and run-receipt byte is pinned by
[the candidate verifier](../../research/how-we-know/mehrabian-7-38-55/verify_candidate.py).
The builder reads only the accepted packet, source register, and independent
receipt; it performs no retrieval.

## Candidate construction

1. Preserve 11 source-work identities, 12 edition identities, and all 40
   reviewed parent-span objects with retrieval and license treatments.
2. Keep the P1 words-and-tone participant root and P2 face-and-tone participant
   root distinct.
3. Represent the .07/.38/.55 statement as P2's later cross-study proposal,
   never as one three-channel experiment.
4. Reproduce all six accepted calculations mechanically, while keeping the
   exact source derivation of .07 unknown and no-credit.
5. Preserve the 1971 author boundary and the unknown, uncollated 1981
   formula-page continuity as separate edition-lineage objects.
6. Keep Hegstrom's direct all-channel rebuttal, the two Argyle participant
   roots, Lapakko critique/propagation, institutional recirculation, and bounded
   follow-up search separate.
7. Project all 11 accepted participant, speaker, author-social, grant,
   stimulus, material, method, scale, citation, book-edition, and derivation
   edges into exact evidence-linked dependence relations.
8. Close each material proposition to one assertion, exact reviewed spans,
   calculation lineage where applicable, and explicit evidence relations.
9. Apply encyclopedia and skeptical policies to one unchanged source graph
   with materially different labels, reasons, thresholds, and reader upshots.
